Precautions for use of duplex vane pump supplier:

When the motor axis and pump axis are assembled by coupling, the parallelism error should be within 0.05mm and the angle error should be within 1 degree. Generally, it is recommended to use a special motor for direct oil pump.

For the external oil drain of the variable displacement pump, its oil drain pipe must be directly connected back to the oil tank and cannot return oil through other oil pipes. The oil drain pipe must be below the oil level.

The pump suction port must not be higher than the oil level by 1m Vickers oil pump.

The working temperature of the hydraulic oil connection should be kept within the range of 15 to 60 degrees. Please use a heater below 15 degrees and a cooler above 60 degrees.

Like other vane pumps, the waist-round inner surface of the stator of the pin vane pump consists of two sections of circular arcs with radius r, two sections of small circular arcs with radius r, and four sections of smooth transition curves connecting large and small circular arcs. The blade can freely slide in the blade groove.
